The Fourier Duck
If we only have the high resolution terms of the diffraction pattern,
we see only the edges of the duck:

Crystallographic Interpretation:
It may be difficult to distinguish the solvent and protein
regions. This will handicap both building and density
modification. You may need to contour at a lower level inside the
protein. There are prominent artifact peaks in the solvent.
Do not omit your low resolution data. Collect it and use it.
