Update to CCP4 Interface

Hello Everyone,

I have put a new 'bug-fix' version of the CCP4 interface 1.0.1 on the
York FTP site.  If you already have CCP4I installed then it should only
take 5 minutes to install the new version - see the hints at:

The changes in this release are described:

.....basically I think it will be worth the 5 minutes particularly if you
plan to use Scala.
