Re: [ccp4bb]: Q: overloaded pixel value on MAR345 ?

*** For details on how to be removed from this list visit the *** *** CCP4 home page http://www.dl.ac.uk/CCP/CCP4/main.html *** Hi Laurent,

When I look at a reflection in mar345 with the highest zoom option (x64) I indeed get the actual values printed in every pixel. When this value is over (something like) 65.000 this value is depicted in red, above 130.000 or so no value is shown and the pixel is green. I would conclude from this that you have a true overload over 130.000, but below that the values are not considered accurate. I always try to stay below the 65000 value for most pixels. The number of pixels above this value is stated on the title bar of the image.

I don't know where you get the 262.000 value from.
