Sigmaa and lsqerror

Hello,

When running sigmaa I am not very satisfied with the sigmaa-plot and would
like to test editing it. In the sigmaa-log one is recommended to edit and
run the program lsqerror. However, I cannot find such a program. 

Does anyone edit sigmaa-plots, and how do you apply the new values? (The
basic problem is that to get reflections in every bin I am now down to six
bins (indicating a problem?), so outliers affect the slope a lot). 

A second solution could be to edit the bin-width, is that possible?
