[ccp4bb]: test set recovered, cys modified

Thanks to everyone who contributed to the multiple solutions concerning
cys modifications and recovery of a test set of reflections. My
colleagues and I have successfully transferred the test set to a new
data set thanks Jeff Taylor's CNS script. We are currently in the
process of modeling the spurious Cys density as a SO3, we'll have to see
how that goes. Thanks again, hope I can contribute at some future point
in time,
