Dear All,

It looks as if several people have hit the nail on the head, including David
Borhani, Andreas Bracher and Maria Romao (and probably several others by the
time this arrives!). The molecule looks like 2 citrates coordinating a
metal.

In fact our protein starts off in 0.5 M KCl and is subsequently crystallized
from 100 mM citric acid. So it is probably 2 citrates coordinating a
potassium!

Thanks for the speedy response,

Dave
