Hello again,

I'm looking for software that can do the following:

I work on bacteriorhodopsin (a 7 transmembrane helical protein) and I'd
like to be able to measure the tilt angles between helices. Hence, I'd
need software that can idealize the helix normals and measure angles
between these. Also, it would be optimal if I could instruct the software
on what the helical regions are (rather than having it default to some
black box settings).

Secondly, I'm looking for molecular graphics software that can
output/export to DXF format. If anyone knows of any, please get in touch
:)

Thanks in advance,
