Hi Ronado

Scalepack2mtz does not convert I to F, it merely writes I, sigmaI into mtz
format.  Then TRUNCATE does the conversion.  Basically:  F = sqrt(I), but
the reference is in the truncate manual.  

DANO is simply [F(+) - F(-)].
