I had to struggle quite often with the inconsistencies between FFT and SFALL
that were mentioned by Clemens Vonrhein. I think, asymmetric unit
inconsistencies between various software packages are inconvenient, but
within a software package they are really annoying!!!Instead of hiding this
behind a GUI, I think it would be much better to sort out the source codes,
at least within the CCP4 program suite!
