[ccp4bb]: the Ph-word

Thanks to all who pointed out the error of my ways (to wit, that the
difference between 10 deg and 350 deg is only 20 deg).  Oddly,
implementation of this phix doesn't completely erase the difference between
my estimates and those of phistats...but judging from my less than stellar
performance to date I've probably got to go back into my code once again
(and look at SFTOOLS).
