Ian Tickle's "Bath tutorial on molecular replacement" has already been
mentioned. There is another web page on the topic from Randy Read's lab
(http://www-structmed.cimr.cam.ac.uk/Course/MolRep/molrep.html) and for a
recent class I also prepared a WWW document on molecular replacement
(http://eagle.mmid.med.ualberta.ca/tutorials/MR/MR.html). All of
them cover more or less the same material but from somewhat different
perspectives.
