Hi,

I'd say there is no need to reindex and rescale the data into P21212.
Scaling will be equivalent in all the 8 possible primitive orthorhombic
spacegroups. I would just reindex the output from truncate and sort
again.

This does not explain where your problem comes from, jut tells you there
is a way around.
