I meant to say, test what happens when you do, as everyone else has said.
And just the ones, or parts of them that might be funky. Release the
restraints on the chains with the high overall B. I tend to get suspicious
when the B factors for all atoms, including backbone are  equally  high as
as the values for external side chains and flexible loops. (and the crystal
diffracts very well.)

Now that doesn't mean that the NCS doesn't exist- I would just test it to
make sure. If releasing the restraints gives no improvement, well then...
it's just a bad protein. Hit it with a rolled up newspaper.
