Lan,

	Depending on the buffer you're using, you may be changing the pH
quite a bit by changing the temperature. For instance if you have tris
buffer pH 8.1 at 4c it will go to pH 7.5 when you raise the temp to 25c.
If you're right on the edge of solubility in the refrigerator, again
depending on your buffer, you could have a pH-dependant precipitation
going on.
