Hi,

You can try other programs...

BRAGI
-----
At http://www.uni-koeln.de/math-nat-fak/biochemie/ds/dsbrag_e.htm

SPOCK
-----
At http://quorum.tamu.edu/spock

DELPHI(MSI)
----------
AT http://www.msi.com/solutions/products/insight/modules/DelPhi_page.html

For GRASP:
---------

Grasp is available from Anthony Nicholls (nicholls@cuhhca.hhmi.columbia.edu).

There is also a demo version available from ftp://128.59.96.103/grasp.
Also in this directory you can find further informations on how to obtain
the program.

Grasp can be used to calculate electrostatic potenials (although
only in a qualitative sense). For quantitative calculations you
should use DelPhi (Grasp has an interface to it) or other programs.

Hope it helps,
Ravi.
