[ccp4bb]: CCP4 under Linux 6.1

Apologies if this has already been discussed, but, has anyone
successfully compiled CCP4 (versions 3.5 and 4.0) under
RedHat Linux 6.1?

Both compiled fine under RedHat 6.0, but I'm having trouble under 6.1.

I've tried egcs compilers (g77, gcc), Portland group compilers (pgf77,
pgcc) and fort/f2c.

Here's an example of what happens when compiling with g77/gcc: (this
comes at the end of a long list of warnings and errors)
