I think you should not try to align the 2-fold axes, but in stead try to
align two of the monomers in such a way that the axes are very close. In
this way you also get a feeling of the differences between the two
dimers. It can be done easiliy in O with the LSQ_implicit LSQ_improve
LSQ_molecule commands
