Here is a link from Novagen that will get you to B834(DE3) competent cells, the
methionine auxotroph strain.

They offer both as B834(DE3) and as B834(DE3)pLysS (to minimize leaky expression);
I've had better luck with B834(DE3) but I'm sure it's protein-dependent, so it's wise
to try both and compare.
