[ccp4bb]: buffers for footprint screen

hello there
            several of us here were wondering how people make up the
Imidazole:Malate buffer used in the Stura lab footprint screen. The most
likely seems that you mix various proportions of 0.2M stock free base
imidazole with stock free acid malic acid and don't worry about the fact
the overall concentrations change with the pH. Is that correct?
