[ccp4bb]: Xemacs PDB mode

Hi All,

People who use the Xemacs editor may use pdb-mode.el, a mode with
specific features for editing pdb files.
I've recently revamped it to include some more fancy features.

It can be picked up from
http://jinky.bioch.dundee.ac.uk/~charlie/scripts
