Hi Paul,

This was possibly my student.

The problem seemed to come from using CAD to transfer R-free 
flags from an existing data set.  We found that if we included 
only the columns that were in the REFMAC LABIN then this error
occurred.  We tried to use all the columns in the MTZ file (from
TRUNCATE), then adding the R-free flags, which resolved the problem.
Why REFMAC needed all the other columns, which it doesn't seem to 
use, remains unclear.

Hi,

A message popped up in July about an error in GAUSSJ when running
Refmac_4.0.6.

Error:  *** Error in GAUSSJ - called from SCALING ***

There were never any respones to this. Could someone please tell me
whats
going on. I have the same problem.
