[ccp4bb]: comparing shapes

Dear CCP4ers,

I would like to compare the overall shapes of two proteins
which are completely unrelated on the sequence level and
also on the structural level. Is there any way to do this?
I would guess electron microscopists or small angle scatterers
could be the people to ask, but I don't really know where
to begin.

Any help is appreciated.
