Simple. Make sure that the corresponding left/right lables are aligned in
the vertical, and are put at equal distance to the corresponding
residue-to-be-labeled in the horizontal. the depth cue will correspond to
that of the residue labeled.

Dear CCP4ers,

how do I add labels in a stereo picture pair (6 degrees rotation around y,
and 6.5 cm separation)? For instance, if I have a residue in the background
and one in the front, how can I give the impression that each label matches
the depth of the relative residue?

Thanks,

Carlo
