Hello,

Sorry this isn't a crystallographic question. Sorry this isn't a ccp4
related question. However, I'm trying to find any decent references on
the hydrogen bond strength within the backbone of an alpha-helix. I've
looked for stuff on unfolding studies with poly-alanine helices, but
nothing really useful turns up. Has anyone looked for something similar
and has any references.
