Hello,
my personal impression is that there is no real consensus on this
somewhat difficult topic.
Besides disulfide and salt bridges, also have a look at
less flexible i.e. smaller loops and reduced/smaller hydrophobic patches
on the protein surface. More hydrophobic core i.e. aromatic
clusters helps too.
