Hi Nick

an alternative would be to shake your model (see moleman2) by say 0.3 -
0.5 A, remove your ligand and feed it to refmac. This is enough to
remove the bias when changing a Free set (why would anybody do such an
horrible thing ! :-), and should be enough in your case. A few trials
with various change applied should help you to decide how much to shake
your model in moleman2.
