[ccp4bb]: How to improve ed for a suspected ligand

Hi:
I am refining a structure at 2.2 A which appears to have a ligand. The ed
surrounding this site cannot be satisfactorily accounted for with only
waters. How would one go about improving the ed? The current R=20% with
Rfree 26%.
