just a quick non-ccp4 related question:
In GRASP, the surface area occupied by hydrophobic residues can be calculated.
Does anyone know if this area comprises the accessible sidechains only,
or does it also comprise the more hydrophilic main chain ? A
check of the manual did
not immediately give an answer...
