[ccp4bb]: Bgroup refinement & Bscale correction

Hi all,
When one has poor diffraction data (less than 3ang), 
what is reasonable to perform during refinement (especially about
Bfactors) .... ?
(a) doing only Bgroup refinement or
(b) doing Bgroup refinement with Bscale correction (isotropic/anisotropic)
