Hi Martin,

  Swiss PDB Viewer will read both DSN6 (O-format), CCP4, and X-plor maps and display them on top of a model. Have a look at 

  http://www.expasy.ch/spdbv/

  ...and I'm sure that you'll receive an email from Warren L. DeLano telling you that PyMol will do just that, and more to!
