[ccp4bb]: ncsmask insufficient memory

Dear users,

does anyone know how I can solve the following problem? I have 1.5GB of 
physical memory and 2GB of swap space. 

 Last system error message:
 Cannot allocate memory
 ncsmask:  CCPALC: can't allocate memory
