As far as the issue of stereo graphics is concerned I would
urge everybody to give your built-in human hardware capabilities
a try.

Most people who have tried have learned to see stereo from side by side
displays either in cross-eyed or wall-eyed modes.
It ususally takes only a week or so to get good at it.

Once you have mastered stereo viewing without extra hardware
it is incredibly comfortable and you can pop into stereo without
pushing any buttons, looking for these stupid glasses or exchanging
batteries.

Usually it is best to try this for the first time when you are
relaxed (e.g. after happy hour). Give it a try, you may be amazed
how easy and comfortable it is. No headache from those stupid goggels
or low refresh rates not to speak of issues with Linux harware drivers.
