[ccp4bb]: CCP4 4.2: IRIX binaries

There was a problem with the IRIX binaries for CCP4 4.2 (they had been
built with dynamic linking to the CCP4 library - this is due to a bug in
configure).

For those building CCP4 on IRIX, there is now a fix for the configure
bug - see http://www.ccp4.ac.uk/problems.html. For those using the
binaries, these have now been updated on the ftp server - see
ftp.ccp4.ac.uk, directory pub/ccp4/4.2/binaries/.

Thanks to all those who have reported this problem, and apologies to
anyone who has been inconvenienced by it.
