Dear all,

Some time ago I was asked to make SFTOOLS CNS friendly to make conversions
to and from MTZ easier. Looking at the code it seemed that it should already
work. In response to Jan's recent message I asked him to test SFTOOLS on his
file and he reported that it worked well. If you have files to convert to/from
CNS I'd appreciate if you could give SFTOOLS a try and report back if it
doesn't work. To convert just type

sftools
read yourfile.cns
"fill in the unit cell parameters"
"fill in the spacegroup symmetry"
"fill in optional header card(s), type END to skip header card reading"
write yourfile.cns
quit

Type READ HELP to get more info on the available conversions.
