In this case it sounds like the interface has been unable to identify
the fact that the program has terminated. If you want to keep the record
of the job in the database then I suggest selecting "Edit Job Data"
(from the menu on the RHS of the main window) and then changing the
status from "RUNNING" to "FINISHED".

If you don't want to keep it then select the appropriate option from
"Delete/Archive Files".
