Hi,

Don't know about NuCheck, but you might want to try Avanti Polar Lipids 
[http://www.avantilipids.com/].  They stock most of the  lipids and 
detergents 'typically' used in membrane protein 
purification/crystallization, so they will probably stock monoolein.
