[ccp4bb]: permissions problem

Hello, I'm having a problem running CCP4 programs as a non-root user.  The
error I get when running any of the CCP4 programs is:

Open failed: Unit:  31, File: /usr/local/ccp4-4.2/include/environ.def
(logical: /usr/local/ccp4-4.2/include/environ.def)

 Permission denied

I can run the programs as root, but, of course, I would rather not.  The
problem appears to be a permissions problem.  I have checked the
permissions on the CCP4 installation, and they appear to be set
reasonably.  All files now have root.root ownership, but I had this
problem immediately after installation when they were owned by someone
else.

The CCP4 directory itself:
drwxrwxr-x   16 root     root         4096 Jun 12 15:24 ccp4-4.2

The include directory:
drwxrwxr-x    2 root     root         4096 Jun 12 14:51 include

The offending file:
-rw-rw-r--    1 root     root         7339 Jan 19  2001 environ.def


Any ideas?
