[ccp4bb]: connecting an alpha manosyl to threonine

Not a typical ccp4 question, but I hope someone out there might be able to
help me.

I'm trying to connect an alpha mannosyl sugar to a Threonine residue
through an O-link. For refinement in CNS I need to define topology,
parameters and a patch definition appropriately.

If anyone has been successful in this, I would be grateful to get his
definitions.
