Hello All,

I seem to remember this appearing on the bulletin board before, but I couldn't find it in the archives.

Does anyone have a little "jiffy" script or know of program that can calculate the Stokes Radius of a protein from its coordinates? Dimeric protein in this case with scaled dimensions of about 2 x 1 x 1.
