Wolfram Saenger's book "Principles of Nucleic Acid Structure" may be a good
reference to understand nucleotide/nucleic acid conformation.
Cheers!

I have two questions,
1) which program is used to plot the protein's topology diagram and where
I can get it.
2) anybody can point out some reference papers or good textbooks regarding
the DNA and sugar conformation? I am analyzing the structure of a DNA
molecule and need to understand some technical terms like "shear"
"stretch" "stagger" "C2'-endo" etc.
Many thanks.
