RE: [ccp4bb]: using Modeller for molecular replacement

My collaborators and I used modeller some time ago to get a molecular
replacement
structure of HPV-31 E2 DNA-binding domain. The homology model was
constructed
using bovine E2 DNA-binding domain. Surprisingly, this was not a simple MR
solution and only the homology model worked. The reference, in case you
are interested, is Acta Cryst D54: 1367-1376.

Dear All!

We are presently trying to use Modeller in molecular replacement. I noticed
that CCP4 mentions this possibility, and I would be greately interested in
getting into contact with people who have some experience with Modeller in
this context. Any reference to published work would also be greately
appreciated.

Looking forward for your comments,

kind regards,

Karsten Suhre.
