Once again your views and experiences on a particular topic would be 
greatly appreciated.

CCP4 and other PX software packages have for several years allowed a user
to utilise a procedure called Data Harvesting to facilitate structure
deposition. For information on data harvesting please see the CCP4
newsletter article back in 1999:

With the advent of high throughput techniques the need for both quick and
easy deposition and depositing more experiment parameters has become more
acute. Because of this the potential/growing role of Laboratory
Information Management Systems (LIMS) in PX is also becoming more
important.

We would greatly appreciate your experiences of using both LIMS and
