Hi all,
I would like to make a receptor/protein
ligand complex for crystallization. However, it is revealed that their
interaction is not tight enough for forming a stable complex. As
far as I remember there was one successful stroy of stabiliziong the
complex by adding crosslinking reagent. Could anybody let me know where I
can find the reference?
