Dear All:
I have protein with two sites for a trisaccahride
ligand. One has no negative density in the map where as the other
has negative density around the ether linkage (two
linkages). The average B factor is around 25 for the ligand
with negative density. Does this mean that the site
is partialy occupied? If so, how to deal with it?
