[ccp4bb]: TOPP Error

Hi all,

I get the following error when I run TOPP to superimpose molecule Y onto
molecule X:


 Chain A Nr           1          51
 Illegal Matrix:
   -0.0005    0.0001    1.0000
   -0.0001    0.0005    0.0001
   -1.0000   -0.0001    0.0000
 the determinant of the matrix is  -7.8022722E-06

The same happens when I superimpose molecule X onto molecule Y. But, it runs
fine when I superimpose molecule X onto molecule X, or molecule Y onto
molecule Y.

Could someone please tell me what may be causing this error.
