[ccp4bb]: Note about the "No CA" petition

Dear colleagues,

In view of the lively debate, it may be worth pointing out that I added some
text to the petition last Friday and today (e.g., addressing the issue of
low-resolution structures). In some cases, this has persuaded people to revise
their previous opinion and to sign the petition. Those of you who still have
reservations may want to read the present version and see if you can subscribe
to the current wording:

Also, there is room in the form for you to write personal comments, and these
will be passed on to the RCSB and IUCr as well.
