[ccp4bb]: where to get BLTwish?

I updated some Red Hat machines recently (to 8.0) and broke my group's ccp4 installation...

The first run-time problem is related to BLTwish. 
I understand the BLTwish is different than the "wish" that was installed at /usr/bin/wish.

So, I visit this site:

<http://incrtcl.sourceforge.net/blt/>

Attempt to get this file:

<ftp://tcltk.sourceforge.net/pub/tcltk/blt/BLT2.4u.tar.gz>

but file path does not appear to be valid...

Any ideas on how to get a new BLTwish?

Are there any version synchronization issues with any particular version of TCL/TK ?
