Dear All, 

I'm now refining a protein structure at a 2.0 A resolution with CNS1.0. 
I've found a cis peptide bond (non-proline) in the struture. 
How can I edit the toppar file and parameter files for this cis peptide 
bond so as to make the refinement continue smoothly?
