I was wondering if anyone knows of any literature on the following 
topics:

1) The relationship between crystallographic B-factors and amide 
hydrogen exchange rates
2) The relationship between sequence conservation and B-factors
3) The relationship between sequence conservation and amide hydrogen 
exchange rates
