Rotating, Translating, Scaling Ligands

Ligands can be rotated, translated and scaled using the mouse and keys (or keypad and keys on a laptop).

Mouse and keys:
rotateclick LEFT mouse button and DRAG mouse
translateclick RIGHT mouse button and DRAG mouse
scalerotate mouse wheel

Keypad and keys:
rotateclick keypad button and DRAG keypad
translateclick keypad button, hold CTRL key and DRAG keypad (Note: keypad button must be clicked before CTRL)
scaleclick keypad button, hold down ALT key and DRAG keypad up-and-down (Note: keypad button must be clicked before ALT on Linux)
